Both Elite Body Shop and Elite Xpress are ICBC Valet shops. In addition, Elite Xpress has a direct repair relationship with Canadian Direct Insurance (CDI).
What does this mean for you?
For most claims, you can simply phone your insurance company and obtain a claim number. If you are eligible, you can drop by for a consultation and we will take it from there.
We will forward digital photos and a thorough computerized estimate to your insurance company. Once approved by the claims department, we will proceed with the repairs. This will save you time and the inconvenience of a trip to your local claim centre.
We also do work for many other insurance companies, even if we do not have a direct repair program set up with them. It is important for you to know that ultimately, you can choose which shop repairs your vehicle.
What is VALET service?
For your convenience, we can drop off a courtesy car at your home or office, and pick up your vehicle in order to begin repairs.
We can also bring your vehicle back to you once the repairs have been completed. This service is free of charge.
